ASP (Nov. 15, 2015)

Project Pearls
After School Program
Helping Land, Tondo,Manila
Nov. 15, 2015

For this day was the Part Three of creating different Christmas decorations using recyclable materials.

Younger kids – those who are in the kinder and grade one level had a different task to do. They had an art activity wherein they drew their hands on a colored paper and cut it out.

Together with the other volunteer-teachers, older kids were divided again into four major groups.
The first group was assigned to do the Christmas balls; then the second group created some colorful Christmas lanterns; the third one made some colorful angels using cut water bottles as its bodies, bottle cups as its halo, and cd's as its wings. And the last group made the Christmas tree out of woods and plastic bottles.

Through this activity, children’s creativity and imagination were boosted once again.

We would like to thank Mr. Dan Gonzales for being our food sponsor for this day. God bless you!

Thank you also volunteer-teachers!
