“Wisdom is not a product of schooling but the lifelong attempt to acquire it.” – Albert Einstein

Hello Science Day!

Volunteer-teachers’ task for this was day was to teach their students about Science.  For the kinder to grade 1 kids, the topic would be Day and Night. For grade two to seven, lesson would be about the Solar System, planet Earth and other similar topics.

After the prayer and then sing and dance activity, the students who got the highest scores from the previous Math exam got special prizes. Thank you Loose Marbles and to those who donated the art materials as prizes.

A story telling was held once again and was narrated by Kuya Aman. This time, the story was entitled, “Ang Alamat ng Sibuyas”.

After the said activity, we proceeded to tutorial session.  Students were also told to draw the Solar System or the planet Earth in relation with this day’s lesson.

We would like to thank our sponsor, Miss Maria De Jesus as she celebrated her birthday with the kids in Helping Land. Thank you so much for the foods!

As Albert Einstein also said, “Nothing happens until something moves.”

Thank you to our movers, our volunteer teachers, and sponsors for making things happen in Helping Land. The universe is so huge and vast. We are thankful that we are not alone in our advocacy because of our volunteers and sponsors. Thank you for making a difference in our universe. Thank you for making a child's world better. One day, we shall all save the world.
