This was my very first time to lead a Sunday activity for Project Pearls and it was a mixed emotion for me. 

I may say that the struggle is real! Because I was a bit nervous and I am not sure if I can handle the whole activity well.

Each volunteer-teacher was assigned to handle at least ten kids and they must assist them with their activity.  Today’s task for the kids was to create a Christmas card to anyone that they wanted to give it to. Some of the students chose to dedicate their cards to their parents, teachers and even to Jesus.

After they were done, together with the volunteer-teachers, they went to the center for the class picture.

Then after that was recess.

We would like to thank Miss Hope Vega and friends for providing the food for today’s after school program.

Thank you also to Marae Pedroso and family for giving a pack of chocolates and candies as a take home for the kids.
