Are you noticing all the good and beautiful things around you?
Here's mine.
A huge, white and fluffy cloud alone in the sky.
I smiled a bit and appreciated its beauty. I got my phone and took a photo of it.
This was one of the nicest things I saw today.
How about you?
If you can't find one right now then start searching. Just look around you and you will definitely see even just one.
There's an article I've read that if you want to see something like an orange car, you will eventually find it because you've searched for it. And you will continue to notice every orange car that you can.
In life, if we begin to be mindful and be grateful for the things that we have and we can see, happiness follows.
Have you already found it, a beautiful thing that has made your day?
If you still haven't yet, start within yourself.
What parts of your body that you can consider as your greatest assets? Your cute smile, your eyes, your beautiful hair, your lips that speak positive words or your head that has good thoughts and is always eager to learn something new? Look at your talents and uniqueness. Be grateful that you have those.
Then look at your family. Your dad who is a great provider, your mom who's a good cook, your siblings who protect you and always at your side, your pet who comforts you.
You're lucky enough to have the best thing called family.
Also, look for your friends or colleagues who are always there for you.
The comfort of your home, the brightness and familiarity of your community. These are just some of the things and people that you can consider beautiful.
You can also look up.
Appreciate the clear sky, the night sky and even the rain. It is all up to you how to consider if things you see are beautiful.
We have five senses that we can use.
Finally, be thankful for the good things that you can see, fine sounds that you hear, fragrance that you smell, and the air that you feel and breathe.
Appreciate that we get to experience life.
Be thankful for life itself.
